Orders are prepared within 24-48 hours following their placement, on business days. Orders placed on Friday evening and during the weekend are processed the following Monday. During busy periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas...), preparation and delivery times may be extended by a few days.
All our packages come with a tracking number allowing you to track the progress of your order on the carrier's website. As soon as your order is shipped, we automatically send you an email containing your parcel tracking number.
Due to high demand, orders may take between 1 and 3 weeks to arrive.
